Kiese Hansen

Kiese Hansen is a JD Candidate at Harvard Law School. Prior to law school, Kiese worked with the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program on policy related to the financial lives of low- and moderate-income households, authoring briefs on how irregular income and consumer debt create financial instability and perpetuate the racial wealth gap. She also served one year as a Congressional Hunger Center fellow, researching and developing strategies to increase food access for low-income households and strengthen labor protections for workers in low-wage jobs. Kiese graduated in 2015 with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
